Stories

Families who found growth

Jamal and the team saw Marcus — his personality, his interests, his potential. Within months, he was doing things we didn't think possible. He showers independently. He goes to swim class without us. He has a friend. We're not terrified about his future anymore. We have hope.

Marcus's Mother

Son Marcus, 28, Down syndrome

Keisha's consistent, patient approach transformed everything. Jasmine went from multiple incidents a week to using coping strategies on her own. She's in art class, building friendships, and showing glimpses of joy we hadn't seen in years.

Jasmine's Care Team

Jasmine, 24, dual diagnosis

They didn't try to fit Daniel into a program — they built the program around him. His love of animals became the foundation for volunteer work, and now he's exploring employment at a local shelter. That's real person-centered care.
